Professional registration and creation of a digital identity as a PMCC member.
The Project Management College area of PMCC El Salvador develops integral professionals who can strengthen both soft and technical skills through a clear, measurable roadmap supported by PMCC's own technology ecosystem.
Each professional enters the ecosystem, is evaluated, identifies strengths and improvement areas, and receives a roadmap of courses, workshops, certifications, and continuing education activities to move toward an integral PM profile.

The journey starts with a profile evaluation. Based on the results, the system identifies gaps and recommends learning actions to transform weaknesses into applied capabilities.
